The girls and I attended the Shrove (Pancake) Tuesday at St. Margaret Mary last night. They made a pile high mashup of pancake and other goodies to fill their gobs. We filled up in preparation for Lentean times ahead.

Christmas 2011 New Ornaments
Today the girls and I went to Macy's and they each got to pick their own ornament. And there was a 60% sale to boot.
Evie got a sparkly alligator with a head and tail that move.
Lottie got a soft, baby bird nest with a Mama bird scene.
This was the second year tradition for the three of us. One day I hope that the girls will pass on the ornaments collected though the years to their families.

pesto pizza
mixed green salad
headed out for a small dip at the pool next :)
